Our Group has a strong management team, comprising of three young entrepreneurs from the next generation. Mr. Ashok Bansal, Chairman and Managing Director of Nextra Developers has the exquisite talent of developing a barren land into bustling urban spaces. His vision and decades of experience in real estate arena, teamed with the enthusiasm of next generation’s aspiring leaders is what that makes Nextra a thriving company set to achieve its goals. What makes him stand out is his zeal to create a name in the industry that holds true to quality, customer satisfaction and meeting deadlines. With a dream to create sustainable living spaces, Mr Ashok Bansal envisions creating well-planned ultra-luxury spaces that not only set a benchmark in the industry but also become aspirational for the people.
A pioneer in real estate Industry, Mr Bansal is a well-known figure who has two decades of rich experience in developing various residential and commercial projects all across India. He was the part of think tank in Suncity Projects Private Limited, one of the largest real estate developers from 2003 to 2015. He later split from the group and formed Nextra Developers in April 2015. Being a proud member of CREDAI NCR, he is committed to create best real estate products in the property market of Delhi NCR that can change the complete landscape of the city.
At the heart of Mr. Ashok Bansal’s professional endeavours are his strong values and passion to deliver perfection to his customers. Measuring his success only in the terms of smiles that he can bring on the faces of home buyers, Mr Bansal has been a strong advocate of building trust, quality and transparency in the property sector. He aspires to think of the customer first in not only his every project but in every activity that takes place in Nextra. He strongly believes that the strength of his organisation is in conceptualising innovative and premium real estate projects along with their timely delivery to customers with full satisfaction.
In his career, Mr Bansal has worked upon several esteemed projects, such as a retail hub in Delhi and NCR, with total built up area of 50 lakh square feet as part of Suncity Projects Pvt. Ltd.; and developing the real estate of suburban localities around Delhi NCR, which have seen remarkable growth in the recent years.
A multi-faceted personality, Mr Bansal has also been associated with business modelling. He has generated funds to set up telecommunication companies – Radius Infratel Pvt. Ltd., a company that is revolutionizing and addressing the telecom infrastructure needs of the industry and Nextra Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. that offers high-speed broadband internet connections over fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) and fibre-to-the-neighbourhood (FTTN) in Delhi NCR.
A post graduate from the prestigious Business School of Cardiff University, Wales, United Kingdom, Mr Gaurav Bansal is the young leader at Nextra Developers who has the zeal to see his organisation growing on the path of success.
With his business acumen, Mr Gaurav Bansal aims to pioneer innovative technologies, bold designs and accurate engineering to build in the city landmark residential projects as well as commercial complexes. Driven by the desire to reach ahead of the expectations and change the lifestyle of people, Mr Gaurav Bansal heads Nextra Developers to usher in a new era of high standards and embracing lifestyles that match international standards.
Mr Gaurav Bansal finds his core strengths in brand management, project planning, marketing of real-estate projects, leasing, planning and building management of retail and housing projects and managing their sales. Making a significant negotiation and striking a good deal are his key skills and thus he strongly believes that he can bring to the home buyers the home of their dreams in the budget that suits their pocket.
Being a true professional, Mr Gaurav Bansal is committed to quality and timelines while serving his valuable customers. An MBA with specialization in International Marketing and Strategic Management, he began his career as a Director in Suncity Projects Private Limited, one of the leading real estate developers in North India in 2006. He looked after the daily operations of the company and was behind some of the key decisions till early 2015.
In 2008, Mr Gaurav Bansal started a new venture—Jovial Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. by the brand name of Viking, the youngest and fastest growing companies in family entertainment retail stores. He was director in the company till 2015. He is also director in Nextra Teleservices Private Limited, an internet service provider that caters to both home and business segments.
A technology freak and an inspiring speaker, Mr Nikhil Bansal is the force behind Nextra Teleservices. A graduate from Purdue University and an MBA from Indian School of Business, Mr Nikhil Bansal has a vast experience in Information Technology and Telecom industry.
Mr Nikhil Bansal is endowed with the responsibility of fuelling the next-generation growth into the businesses. Having the experience of working with Radius Infratel and Shipra Suncity Group, Mr Nikhil Bansal learnt to maintain his focus on creating the market momentum through his innovative solutions and market development.
In his career, so far, Mr Nikhil Bansal has consistently enabled growth by identifying the best opportunities for the business at the submergence of technology and real estate industry.

Mr Ankit Bansal is the youngest and yet the brightest gem in the Nextra Developers family. He passionately carries forward the legacy of Bansal family in the real estate and construction management sectors. Mr Ankit Bansal bring in innovative approach and youthful exuberance in the organisation. His endeavour is to see Nextra Developers become successful and stronger with a happy consumer base.
A graduate in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, Indiana, he holds specialisation in structural engineering. It is his dream to give the home buyers the houses that not only pass on to generations but with their superb quality surpass all expectations.
Being a fast and independent learner, within a couple of years of being associated in the business, Nikhil got the first-experience from his close involvement and participation at the construction sites. He has the unique ability to learn from his experiences and not to depend on any one to guide him the way.
